Wang shunzhou was born in 1932

My mood when I just joined the army

The old man was still excited

At that time, I was young

We can't tell the difference between railway soldiers and front-line soldiers

There is only one thought in my heart

It's going to Korea to defend the country

Wang shunzhou clearly remembers

On the night of Mid Autumn Festival in 1951

The troops crossed the Yalu River

We can only March at night to avoid the enemy

On the Korean battlefield

The main task of the railway corps is to rush to repair the railway

In order not to be found by the enemy

If a plane flies by during rush repair

We just lie on the ground and can't move

Once, a comrade in arms lying next to me said

"Xiao Wang, your coat is on fire."

But I dare not move

I waited for the enemy plane to fly by before I took off my coat

If it's later

I'm supposed to be on fire. One day, I suddenly had a fever

The monitor took care of me and made me boil water

The place to boil water is far away from the railway

Just as I was about to deliver the boiled water

A bomb was dropped over the railway

I ran to check and found that

A whole class! They all died

Think of the dead comrades in arms

The old man couldn't help sobbing... In peace time, he devoted himself to the railway

After leaving the army, Wang shunzhou entered the railway

Become a road maintenance worker

He is the foreman in the work area

Still keep the fighting force on the battlefield

The dirtiest and most tiring work is ahead

At that time, I lived in Chongqing and worked in Beijing

His wife, who was thousands of miles away, worked very hard and complained about him

"There are many children at home. What are you doing so far away from home?"

Wang shunzhou, 89 years old, still insists on reading books and taking notes every day. This year marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. The old man has taken a thick book of notes on reviewing the history of the party.
